Areas of Philosophy
The philosophical disciplines investigate interconnected questions about reality, knowledge, mind, values, human existence, and the sciences. This index offers an editorial reading path; it is not an official hierarchy of the philosophical profession.
The Philosophy of Artificial and Philosophy of Homo are two coequal foundational orders in the philosophical architecture of Aisentica. The remaining areas are cross-cutting disciplinary perspectives that can study either order.
Metaphysics and ontology appear first because they ask about reality and being. Their scope often overlaps: some traditions understand ontology as a core part of metaphysics. Epistemology, logic, mind, and language follow as ways of investigating knowing, reasoning, experience, and meaning. The ordering then turns to action, ethics, society, culture, science, and finally metaphilosophy.
